摘要
以试管苗为材料,比较不同外源激素浓度配比和不同蔗糖浓度对菊芋试管芋诱导的影响;探讨不同培养基质对试管芋萌发的影响,研究结果表明:菊芋试管芋诱导最佳培养基为MS+BA0.5mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L+蔗糖60g/L,试管芋形成率达86%;诱导得到的试管芋包衣处理后在菜园土与腐殖质基质中萌发率达到92%.
Regenerated plantlets of Jerusalem artichoke ( H elianthus tuberosus Linn. ) w ere cultured in vitro on media with different combinations of exogenous hormones and at different sucrose concentrations .The optimal medium for tuberlet induction was MS + BA 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L + sucrose 60 g/L ,which gave a tuberlet induction rate of 86% .Of the coated tuberlets ,92% germinated successfully in a substrate of gar‐den soil and hum us .
