摘要
采用简单的多元醇法,以葡萄糖和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30(PVP)作为辅助剂,合成铅的硫属化合物PbE(E=S,Se,Te)纳米片.首先制备出形貌均一的Pb纳米花,然后添加S(Se,Te)源反应物再形成PbE的堆积纳米片.发现合成的二维PbE堆积纳米片具有较大表面积,厚度约为40nm,且具有规则的几何外形.通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)和拉曼光谱(Raman spectra)对所得样品进行表征,并对PbE堆积纳米片可能的形成机制做了定性的阐述.
Through a two-step polyol method,lead chalcogenides PbE(E=S,Se,Te)nanosheets were synthesized with glucose and polyvinyl pyrrolidone K30(PVP)as auxiliary.The first stage prepared the uniform morphology of Pb nanoflowers,and the second stage further formed PbE stacked nanosheets.It found that the synthesis of two-dimensional PbE stacked nanosheet has a larger surface area,about 40 nm thick,with regular geometry and shape.Finally,the prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM)and Raman spectroscopy(Raman spectra),the possible formation mechanism of PbE stacked nanosheets has been qualitatively explained.
