Enhanced Chemiluminescence of Luminol-H_2O_2 Induced by NH_2-MIL-88 Metal-Organic Frameworks and Its Application to H_2O_2 Detection

摘要 基于金属有机框架NH_2-MIL-88有效增强H_2O_2氧化鲁米诺体系的化学发光,建立了一种检测H_2O_2的新方法.在最优条件下,该方法检测H_2O_2的线性范围为1×10^(-7)~2×10^(-5) mol/L,检出限为4.7×10^(-8) mol/L.用于水样中H_2O_2的测定,获得满意结果. A chemiluminescence method was developed for hydrogen peroxide determination,which is based on an enhanced chemiluminescence in the presence of NH_2-MIL-88 as catalyst in the luminol-H_2O_2 system.Under the optimal conditions,the linear range for hydrogen peroxide ranged from 1×10^(-7) mol/L to 2×10^(-5) mol/L,and the detection limit was 4.7×10^(-8) mol/L.Used in the detection of hydrogen peroxide in tap water,this method gave satisfactory results.
