摘要
猪瘟是猪的一种高度接触性传染病 ,由于其造成巨大的经济损失 ,故而为清除本病作了很多工作。猪瘟疫苗的接种是控制猪瘟的重要手段。猪瘟疫苗包括灭活苗、弱毒苗及基因工程疫苗。猪瘟兔化弱毒苗因其优良的免疫原性是目前猪瘟防治应用最为广泛的疫苗之一。基因工程疫苗是目前猪瘟疫苗研究的热点领域 ,其包括亚单位疫苗、合成肽苗、活载体苗、核酸疫苗等。值得一提的是猪瘟病毒标记疫苗研究近年来发展迅速 ,目前已出现商品化的亚单位标记疫苗 ,可使猪瘟疫苗接种和自然感染区别更为简单、快捷。
Classical swine fever (CSF) is a highly contagious infection disease of swine.Owing to vast economic importance of CSF,It has been made various efforts to extinguish the disease.Vaccination with classical swine fever vaccine is the important way of control of classical swine fever. The classical swine fever lapinised vaccine is the vaccine which application is the most abroadly,because it has excellence immunity. The study of genetic engineering vaccine is the hotspot field of the vaccine study.It includes subunits vaccine,complex peptide vaccine,DNA vaccine and so on.The classical swine fever marker vaccine is reportable,its development is very fast recently.Now there is the subunit marker vaccine commercially.It can be make the distinguish more simple and fast between the pig inoculated vaccine and the pig infected field strain.The classical swine fever vaccine included inactivated vaccines,attenuated live virus vaccine and genetic engineering vaccine.The paper summarized briefly the development and application of classical swine fever vaccine.
