摘要
目的研究冠心病患者皮纹学特征。方法采用体质测量法,计数分析宁夏汉族男性258例(冠心病组129例,正常对照组129例)双手指纹指标1项,掌纹指标3项,并比较其均值的差异性。结果冠心病组与正常对照组的皮纹类型和双手atd角的分布比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);患者组右手a-b嵴线数及a-b间距高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者手部皮纹学主要特征为斗型纹出现频率高,atd角、右手a-b嵴线数及a-b间距增大。
Objective To investigate the relationship between dermatoglyphics and the coronary heart disease.Methods Using anthropometry,the frequency of finger print patterns,atd angle,a- b ridge counts and a-b distance of 258 men from Ningxia Han ethnicity( patients with coronary heart disease and control sample of129 respectively) were investigated. The difference between two groups was analyzed. Results( 1) Patients with coronary heart disease had significantly higher digital frequencies of Whorls and ulnar loop in both hands than controls had( P < 0. 01). Atd angle,a- b ridge count and a- b distance of right hand in coronary heart disease were significantly higher than those of the control( P < 0. 05). Conclusion dermatoglyphics may be an useful index for investigation in coronary heart disease.
