脊-盆-髋调正手法配合银杏叶提取物腰椎间孔注射对腰椎间盘突出症患者血清IL-1β和TNF-α水平的影响

Effects of Spinal-pelvis-hip Joint Rectify Technique Combined with Folium Ginkgo Injecting Intervertebral Foramen on Serum IL-1β,TNF-α Level in the Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的观察脊-盆-髋调正手法配合银杏叶提取物腰椎间孔注射对腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗前后血清中白介素1β(IL-1β)及肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的变化。方法 105例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为3组,治疗组(脊-盆-髋调正手法配合银杏叶提取物注射液腰椎间孔注射治疗)、对照Ⅰ组(脊-盆-髋调正手法治疗)、对照Ⅱ组(银杏叶提取物注射液腰椎间孔注射治疗),比较3组患者治疗前后血清中IL-1β、TNF-α水平的变化。结果治疗后3组患者血清中IL-1β和TNF-α的含量较治疗前均有显著下降,(P<0.05);治疗2疗程后,治疗组与对照Ⅰ组与对照Ⅱ组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脊-盆-髋调正手法配合银杏叶提取物注射液腰椎间孔注射治疗能显著降低患者血清中IL-1β和TNF-α的含量,且效果优于单纯手法或单纯椎间孔注射疗法。

Objective To investigate the expression level of serum interleukin-1β and tumor necrosis factor-α in the lumbar lisc herniation patient,and to explore its relative mechanism of spinal-pelvis-hip joint rectify technique combined with folium ginkgo injecting intervertebral foramen in the treatment of lumber disc herniation. Methods 105 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups,experimental group( spinal-pelvis-hip joint rectify technique combined with folium ginkgo injecting intervertebral foramen),contrast group 1( spinal-pelvis-hip joint rectify technique),contrast group 2( folium ginkgo injecting intervertebral foramen). The variety of IL-1β and TNF-α were detected among the three groups. Results After treatment,the serum levels of IL-1β,TNF-α in experimental group decreased significantly,compared with contrast group 1 and 2. The difference was statistically signifcant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The serum levels of IL-1β,TNF-α was decreased through spinal-pelvis-hip joint rectify technique combined with folium ginkgo injecting intervertebral foramen treatment,that is better than that of pure spinal-pelvis-hip joint rectify technique or folium ginkgo injecting intervertebral foramen.
