长期高温及高温联合紫外线暴露对子代大鼠血清免疫因子的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Long Term Hyperthermia and Hyperthermia combined UVB on Immune Factors in Serum of Offspring Mice

摘要 目的探究长期高温环境及长期高温和紫外线(UVB)联合暴露环境下,子代大鼠血清免疫因子的变化。方法 60只大鼠随机分为高温组、高温+UVB联合暴露组、对照组。每组20只大鼠,雌雄各半,分笼饲养。高温组放置高温环境安置箱,(38±1)℃,每天2h;高温+UVB紫外线联合暴露组大鼠放置高温环境安置箱内,同时310nm中波紫外线照射,每天2h;对照组正常饲养。6个月后雌雄交配,确认雌鼠怀孕后按分组分笼饲养至哺乳期结束。各组随机抽取子代大鼠10只,进行解剖和血清免疫指标测定。结果子代大鼠高温组与对照组比较,体重下降,脾脏系数增高,血清白介素-1(IL-1)、溶菌酶含量下降(P均<0.05),白介素-2(IL-2)含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);子代大鼠高温和紫外线联合暴露组与对照组比较,体重及脏器系数差异均无统计学意义(P<0.05),血清IL-1和溶菌酶含量均下降(P均<0.05),IL-2含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论长期高温暴露及长期高温和紫外线联合暴露对子代大鼠体重、免疫器官、免疫因子有一定影响。 Objective To investigate the effect of long- term hyperthermia and hyperthermia combined UVB environments on IL- 1,IL- 2 and lysozyme contents in mice'serum. Methods 60 healthy mice were divided into hyperthermia group,hyperthermia combined UVB group and control group randomly. Half of total were males and others were females. Hyperthermia group under the conditions of temperature( 38 ± 1) ℃ environment model. 2h everyday. Hyperthermia combined UVB group under the conditions of temperature( 38 ± 1) ℃environment model with 310 nm wavelength ultraviolet lamp at the same time. 2h everyday. The mice were mated at the end of the 6th month. The female were raised isolated until be pregnant according to the group. 10 off spring mice were chosen from each experimental group randomly,30 in total. Results Weight of hyperthermia off spring mice group was significantly less than that of control group( P < 0. 05). the spleen coefficient of hyperthermia group( P < 0. 05) and control group with significant statistical analysis,the spleen,liver,lungs coefficient between hyperthermia combined UVB group and control group showed no significant difference. The spleen coefficient of hyperthermia group was significantly higher( P < 0. 05) than that of hyperthermia combined UVB group. Serum IL- 1( P < 0. 05) levels,content of lysozyme( P < 0. 05) in the hyperthermia offspring mice were significantly lower than those of control group. Conclusion Long term hyperthermia and hyperthermia combined UVB were closely related to the weight,immune organs and immunological factors of offspring mice.
