摘要
目的通过观察儿童过敏性紫癜患儿急性期和恢复期血清中IL-21与IL-10表达水平的变化,探讨其在儿童过敏性紫癜发病中的作用。方法选择2013年9月-2014年2月宁夏医科大学儿科住院的30例过敏性紫癜患儿,分别在急性期、恢复期收集血清,应用ELISA方法检测血清中IL-21和IL-10的表达水平,同期门诊体检的30例健康儿童作为对照。结果过敏性紫癜患儿急性期血清IL-21表达水平为(2198±107.7)pg·m L-1高于健康对照组[(1492±181.9)pg·m L-1](P<0.01);恢复期血清IL-21表达水平为(1473±74.4)pg·m L-1,低于急性期(P<0.01)。过敏性紫癜患儿急性期血清IL-10表达水平为(29.82±3.89)pg·m L-1低于健康对照组[(62.03±4.16)pg·m L-1](P<0.01);恢复期血清IL-10表达水平为(49.00±4.99)pg·m L-1,高于急性期(P<0.05)。结论过敏性紫癜患儿急性期血清中IL-21的表达升高,IL-10的表达降低,而恢复期其表达水平均趋于正常,提示血清中IL-21和IL-10的表达均参与了儿童过敏性紫癜的发生、发展和预后。
Objective To reveal the effect of interleukin- 21 and interkeukin- 10 in the progress of children with henoch schonlein purpera( HSP) by investigating the expressional variations of IL- 21 / IL- 10 in serum from acute and recovery phases of children HSP. Methods 30 children with HSP were recruited in the study from Ningxia medical University general hospital between September 2013 and February 2014. The serum was collected separately from acute phase and recovery phase,and another 30 children as healthy control were recruited from routine check- up in the same hospital. The expression levels of IL- 21 and IL- 10 in serum of all cases were measured by ELISA kits. Results The expression levels of IL- 21( 2198 ± 107. 7) pg·m L- 1at acute phase of children HSP weresignificantly higher than those from healthy controls( 1492 ± 181. 9) pg·m L- 1( P < 0. 01). The expression levels of IL- 21 at recovery phases of children HSP( 1473 ± 74. 4) pg·m L- 1were significantly lower than those from acute phase of children HSP( P < 0. 01) and they were closely to be normal. However,the expression levels of IL- 10( 29. 82 ± 3. 89) pg · m L- 1at acute phase of children HSP were significantly lower than those from healthy control( 62. 03 ± 4. 16) pg·m L- 1( P < 0. 01); but the expression levels of IL- 10( 49. 00 ± 4. 99) pg·m L- 1at the recovery phase of children HSP were significantly higher than those from acute phase of children HSP( P < 0. 05) and they were closely to be normal. Conclusion The expression levels of IL- 21 in the serum elevated at the acute phases of children HSP,whereas the expression levels of IL- 10 in the serum deceased at the acute phases of children HSP. However,the expression levels of IL- 21 and IL- 10 tended to be normal at the recovery phases,which revealed that IL- 21 and IL- 10 were involved into the pathogenesis of children with HSP.
