miR-21和miR-106a在乳腺癌组织中的表达及临床病理学意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨miR-21和miR-106a与乳腺癌的表达。方法通过RT-PCR方法检测35例乳腺癌和35例乳腺良性病变组织(包括19例纤维瘤和16例乳腺腺病)中miR-21和miR-106a的表达情况,初步探讨miR-21和miR-106与乳腺癌的发生关系。并通过转染的方法将miR-21和miR-106转入乳腺癌MDA-MB231细胞中,观察其对MDA-MB231细胞迁移能力的影响。结果与乳腺良性病变组织相比,乳腺癌组织中miR-21和miR-106a的表达水平上调(P<0.01);miR-21和miR-106a的表达水平与患者M分期密切相关(P<0.05),而与患者年龄、病理分级、T分期、是否吸烟和是否饮酒均无相关关系(P均>0.05)。同时,转染miR-21和miR-106a可促进MDA-MB231细胞的迁移能力。结论 miR-21和miR-106a与乳腺癌的发生、发展密切相关。
