宁夏在校高职学生自我效能感、社会支持与主观幸福感的关系 被引量:3

Relationship between Subjective Well-being,Self-efficacy and Social Support of Higher Vocational College Students in Ningxia

摘要 目的探讨宁夏在校高职学生自我效能感、社会支持与主观幸福感的关系。方法采用主观幸福感量表(GWB)、自我效能感量表(GSES)和领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)对宁夏银川5所高职院校1589名学生进行问卷调查。结果宁夏高职学生主观幸福感分数基本处于我国中等水平。主观幸福感、自我效能感和家庭支持、朋友支持、老师同学支持之间有统计相关性(P<0.05)。家庭和朋友支持对主观幸福感的影响中,自我效能感起着部分中介作用。自我效能感对主观幸福感的影响中,家庭支持和朋友支持起着部分中介作用,老师同学支持没有起到中介作用。结论自我效能感通过家庭支持、朋友支持影响主观幸福感,家庭支持、朋友支持也通过自我效能感影响主观幸福感。要提高主观幸福感,必须同时提高家庭、朋友支持和自我效能感。 Objective To investigate the relationship between self- efficacy,social support and subjective well- being. Methods Scales of general well- being,self- efficacy and perceived social support were used to investigate in 1589 higher vocational college students from five higher vocational schoosl. Results The subjective well- being of higher vocational college students in Ningxia was at the medium level of China. The correlation between subjective well- being,self- efficacy,family support,friend support,teacher or student support was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). In the effect of family support and friend support on subjective well- being,self- efficacy played the partial mediating role. In the effect of self- efficacy on subjective well- being,family support and friend support played the partial mediating effect. Conclusion Self- efficacy has affected subjective well- being by family support and friend support. Family support and friend support also have influence to subjective well- being by self- efficacy. Consequently,we ought to improve family support,friend support and self- efficacy synchronously so as to increase subjective well- being.
