摘要
目的探讨中等强度步行运动对2型糖尿病患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法选取52例2型糖尿病患者,在常规药物治疗及饮食控制基础上指导患者进行中等强度步行运动3个月。观察运动前后患者体重、体重指数(BMI);空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)的变化,测定运动前后血清一氧化氮(NO)和内皮型一氧化氮合成酶(e NOS)水平、肱动脉血流介导的内皮依赖性舒张功能(FMD)和非内皮依赖性舒张功能(NMD)并进行比较。结果运动后FPG、Hb Al C、TG和LDL-C较运动前下降(P<0.01或<0.05);运动后NO、e NOS、FMD和NMD均较运动前升高(P<0.05)。结论一定时间的持续中等强度步行运动,对2型糖尿病患者具有降糖、降脂作用和提高动脉血管内皮依赖性舒张功能。
Objective To explore the effect of moderate exercise on vascular endothelial function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 52 type 2 diabetic patients were selected and took an exercise prescription of moderate intensity exercise 3 months based on receiving diet and the conventional drug therapy.The fasting blood glucose( FPG),total cholesterol( TC),triglycerides( TG),high- density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL- C),low- density lipoprotein cholester( LDL- C) were compared before and after the exercise. Nitric oxide( NO),endothelial nitric- oxide synthase( e NOS),flow- mediated vasodilation( FMD)and nitroglycerin- mediated vasodilation( NMD) were detected before and after the exercise. Results The level of FPG significantly decreased after the experiment( P < 0. 01). The levels of Hb Al C,TG and LDL- C decreased significantly after the experiment( P < 0. 05). The NO and e NOS levels increased before and after the experiment( P < 0. 05). The FMD and NMD levels increased significantly after the experiment( P <0. 05). Conclusion Moderate intensity exercise can decrease blood glucose and blood lipid and improve the function of brachial artery flow- mediated vasodilation in patients with type 2 diabetic diabetes.
