银川温室种植者个人防护用具使用情况及影响因素分析

The Using Status and the Influencing Factors in Greenhouse Workers in Yinchuan

目的了解温室种植者作业期间的个人防护用具(personal protective equipment,PPE)使用情况及其影响因素。方法采用问卷调查银川市城郊310例温室种植者的一般人口学信息、PPE的使用情况以及自感症状等,并对其影响因素进行单因素和多因素Logistic分析。结果 310例温室种植者中有34.2%使用PPE,自感症状报告率为90.97%。使用PPE的温室种植者自感症状总报告率(83.02%)低于未使用者(93.14%)(χ2=7.715,P=0.009)。不同年龄、家庭收入、文化水平以及是否参加培训的温室种植者PPE的使用率经比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。多因素Logistic结果示,年龄越小、文化程度越高、参加过培训及家庭年收入越高的温室种植者对PPE的使用越多。结论温室种植者的个人防护意识较低,应使用专业PPE并定期清洗或更换,同时加强相关知识培训,促进PPE的有效使用。

Objective To investigate the usage and the influencing factors of personal protective equipment( PPE) during the operation of the greenhouse growers. Methods The general demographic information,the usage of PPE and the health information like the crowd self- induction symptoms of 310 croppers from the greenhouse in the suburb of Yinchuan City were surveyed usinga questionnaire. Results Of 310 valid questionnaires,34. 19% of the subjects were using PPE. The self- induction rate of the symptoms reported in the greenhouse operations was 90. 97%. The self- induction symptoms reporting rate and past prevalence rate of croppers who used PPE,were significantly lower than those of non- users( 83. 0% vs 93. 1%,P < 0. 05).PPE usage in greenhouse growers with different age,different family income and different culture level,and training had significantly different self- induction symptoms reporting rate. Multifactor Logistic analysis showed that : age,level of education,participated in the training and annual family income were the influencing factors of PPE. Conclusion The awareness in personal protection of the greenhouse growers awareness is low in Yinchuan. The greenhouse growers should use professional PPE and replace it regularly. Knowledge training on PPE using should be strengthened at the same time.
