急诊及床旁心肺联合外周血管彩色超声检查在肺栓塞诊断中的价值 被引量：8

摘要 目的探讨急诊及床旁心肺彩色超声联合外周血管彩超检查在急性肺栓塞(PTE)诊断中的临床价值。方法对临床疑似PTE患者102例行急诊及床旁心肺彩超联合外周血管彩超检查及CT肺动脉造影成像(CTPA)检查,比较急诊床旁心肺联合外周血管彩超与CTPA检查PTE诊断阳性率。结果急诊床旁心肺联合外周血管彩超提示阳性病例72例,其中直接征象肺部楔形低回声结节11例、右心系统血栓8例,间接征象右心功能不全(RVD)59例、下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)53例。CTPA证实PTE患者80例。结论急诊及床旁心肺联合外周血管彩超检查对PTE诊断有一定的临床价值,是急诊及急危重症患者及时、便捷、实用的影像学检查方法之一。
