摘要
文章通过试验找出能适合于花肝病分离毒生长和繁殖的胚 ,并检测了自制灭活苗对雏番鸭的保护作用。将病料匀浆液接种到番鸭胚、鸭胚和鸡胚上分离病毒 ,并作病毒适应性试验 ,检测继代病毒对雏番鸭的致病性 ;制备了普通灭活苗、油佐剂灭活苗、左旋咪唑灭活苗 ,并分别进行了几种灭活苗的保护试验。结果表明 :分离毒在番鸭胚上能较好地适应并继代 ,随着代次增加 ,其毒力逐步下降 ;灭活疫苗对雏番鸭的保护试验表明 ,灭活疫苗有一定的保护作用 。
The mosaic liver disease in moscvy duck is a new disease,which occurred in recent years, and was characterized by many necrosis spots on liver and spleen. The isolated virus can reproduce in embryo of muscovy duck, and showed a weakening tendency of its virulent. The protest test of inactivated vaccine on muscvy ducklings was carried out.
