生物反馈治疗联合综合护理干预对功能性便秘患者的远期疗效

The Long-term Clinical Efficacy of Biofeedback Treatment and Comprehensive Nursing Intervention for Patients with Functional Constipation

目的观察生物反馈治疗联合综合护理干预对功能性便秘患者的远期疗效。方法选择90例来我院医治的功能性便秘患者,采用生物反馈治疗的方法,并在治疗过程中辅助综合护理干预,将患者治疗前和随访时的各项临床症状进行评分。结果治疗前后患者的各项功能性便秘临床症状得分差异显著(P<0.05)。生物反馈治疗法的总体有效率为87.7%,患者对远期疗效的总满意率为91.1%。结论功能性便秘患者通过生物反馈治疗和综合护理干预,明显改善了临床症状,并且远期疗效持久,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the long-term clinical efficacy of biofeedback treatment and comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with functional constipation. Methods Total 90 patients with functional constipation in our Hospital,who received biological feedback therapyand comprehensive nursing intervention,were followed up. The clinical symptoms of constipation were measured before and after the treatment. Results The scoring of clinical symptoms had significant difference before and after comprehensive treatment( P < 0.05). The overall effective rate of biofeedback therapy was 87. 7% and the total satisfaction rate of long-term efficacy was 92. 0%. Conclusion Biofeedback therapy combined with comprehensive nursing intervention can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients with functional constipation. The long-term efficacy is satisfactory and it has excellent clinical application value.
