摘要 猫属季节性多次发情动物 ,在繁殖方面具有许多独特的特征和规律 ;猫繁育研究有助于加深对猫科动物繁殖功能的认识。猫首次发情时间受品种、季节、体况等因素的影响 ,其发情周期可分为发情期 (发情前期和发情期 )和非发情期 (间情期、乏情期、假孕和妊娠 )。要引起母猫足量的促黄体素释放与排卵 ,交配次数需 4次以上。通常认为 ,猫是诱发性排卵动物 ,但事实上也频繁出现自发性排卵。猫配种时 ,一个有效的方案是在发情的 2~ 3 d,每天配 3次 (每次间隔 4h) ,这个方案能使 90 %以上的母猫诱发排卵。
