Deng Xiaoping upholds and develops the Marxism view relating talents which focuses on the dialectical view of equal stress on morality and ability. The view of talent of the socialism with Chinese characteristics inherits the relating theories from Marxism. In co-constricting the Chinese dream,this view shall be remembered and adopted to meet the needs of the society.
