研究法学期刊与司法实务界的反馈机制,有利于法学期刊把握司法机关的理论研究思路,同时将运用于司法实践活动中得出的成果与出现的问题通过论文刊发的方式反馈到理论界,并不断拓宽理论界的视野,进而带动法学理论的不断进步,形成理论与实践之间的良性循环。要实现法学期刊与法律实务界的良性互动,还需要法学期刊与司法机关共同携手,投入更多的努力。司法机关作者队伍需要努力提升自身的理论水平并提供切实的来自实践的经验总结。而法学期刊也需要将更多的来自基层司法实践的经验及时反馈出来,增大对基层来稿的扶持力度,在为其提供更多发表机会的同时,也要积极帮助基层司法机关作者提升理论水平。

Studying the feedback mechanism between law journals and judicial practice is beneficial for law journals to steer the theoretical research on judiciary,and offer feedbacks to the theoretical circle by publishing the essays on the achievements and problems in judicial practice. Thus the vision of the theoretical circle shall be broadened and the progress of legal theory shall be stimulated,and eventually a virtuous circle of practice and theory will be formed. To achieve this aim,the law journals and judicial office shall cooperate with each other,and jointly make effort. The author team are also required to improve theoretical level and summarize experience from practice. The law journals shall positively publicize the experience from judicial practice in time,increase the support for the articles from primary level organizations. When offering more opportunities for such articles,the law journals shall actively help these authors to elevate their theoretical level.
