摘要 本文探讨了贵、贱金属的有效分离剂DNG(N.N一二壬基甘氨酸)的合成路线及产品分离、纯化的方法。实验结果表明:用氯乙酸与二壬胺反应,收率高达95%,产品不经纯化即可用于“贵、贱”分离。纯化方法简单、合理。经元素分析、红外分析和质谱分析确证了产品的结构。 The synthetic route,separation and purification of DNG (N, N-dinonylgly-cine),used as an effective extractant for the separation of noble metals from base metals, have been studied. Experimental results show that the yield of product from the reaction of chloroacetic acid with dinonylamine may be 95% and over, and purification is simple. Moreover, the unpurified product can also be used for the separation of noble metals from base metals directly.The structure of DNG has been verified dy elementary analysis, IR and MS.
