摘要
应用 60个随机引物对华南地区苦瓜主栽品种之一———碧绿 3号及其亲本的基因组DNA进行了RAPD分析 ,发现引物OPQ 0 1可在碧绿 3号及其亲本的RAPD图谱中形成多态性差异 ,可应用于碧绿 3号苦瓜种子纯度的检测 ;对 1份种子样品进行了RAPD检测 ,其结果与田间种子纯度检测结果完全一致。
Bilv No.3 of balsam pear variety seed purity was tested using RAPD technique under the direction of the theoretical and technical system of vegetable seed purity tested by DNA molecular marker. The results showed that specific primer OPQ-01 could be applied in RAPD test of Bilv No.3 of balsam pear variety seed purity. RAPD test result of one sample seed using these primers was the same as the field test result.
