可溶性HLA-Ⅰ的检测用于对肾移植排斥反应的动态监控

Detection for soluble HLA-I antigens and its dynamic monitoring of renal trans-plant rejection

目的:研究对肾移植术后可溶性HLA-Ⅰ(sHLA-Ⅰ)的含量进行动态监测的意义。方法:采用ELISA双抗夹心法测定血清中sHIA-Ⅰ含量,检测60例正常广东人sHLA-Ⅰ值,观察10例肾移植患者术后血清中sHLA-Ⅰ变化及其临床意义。结果:肾移植患者的sHLA-Ⅰ水平在临床出现急性排斥前1-3天显著增高,应用免疫抑制剂时s HLA-Ⅰ下降;未发生排斥反应者则无明显波动。结论:动态监测sHIA-Ⅰ能预示肾移植排斥的发生,对治疗效果及预后的判断也有重要价值。

Objective:Studied on the signification of dynamic monitoring sHLA-I concentration for post- renal transplant recipients. Methods: Sandwich ELISA assay was used to quantify of sHLA- I in serum, 60 normal individuals of Guangdong were detected for sHLA- I level. sHLA-I alteration and its clinical signification in sera for 10 post- renal transplantation patients were observed. Results: It was found that serum sHLA-I levels significantly elevated in pre-rejection episodes 1 - 3 days. Immunosuppressive agents obviously affected the sHLA-I levels in treatment process, and sHLA-I level did not change significantly in patients without rejection. Conclusion: It suggested that the monitoring of sHLA-I be very important to evaluate the effect of renal transplant and the prognosis.
