摘要
采用A PAGE和SDS PAGE聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法 ,对远缘组合分离出来的节燕 98 2类型入选 11个遗传性基本稳定的具有高产、多抗的小麦株系的醇溶蛋白和高分子量谷蛋白亚基进行了分析。结果表明 ,在A PAGE电泳分析中 ,11个供试株系具有 11种不同的醇溶蛋白带型。在SDS FAGE电泳分析中 ,出现了 7种不同的高分子量谷蛋白亚基(HMW GS)及 6种亚基组合类型 ,优质亚基及亚基组合所占的比例较少 ,品质评分偏低 ,其变幅为 5~ 8分 ,平均为 6 3 6分。但在所分析的材料中 ,出现了一个少见的特殊亚基 :2 +10 +12。并研究了这些HMW GS和组合频率及特点。 11个株系中 7个具有 45 +10优质亚基和 2个具有 2 亚基 ,它们可供小麦优质育种利用。研究表明 ,通过远缘杂交能够选育出具有高产、抗病和优质的小麦新材料。
Using Acid-polyacry lamide gel electropherogram and SDS polyacry lamide gel electropherogram methods, the gliadin and high molecular weight glutenin subunit (HMW-GS) of 11 Wheat plant lines with high yield and various resistance were analyzed. The results show that there were 11 gliading genotypes in the 11 plant lines and that There were 7 subunits and 6 genotypes of HMW-GS in 11 plant lines,which the quality scores of these plant lines were quite low, ranging from 5 to 8, with the mean of 6. 36, but one special subunits, 2+10+12, was also found in plant lines of analysis. The frequency and characteristics of all of these HMW-GS and combination types were probed. Moreover, 7 plant lines carried 5+10 subunit and 2 plant lines carried 2* subunit were screened for application in the quality breeding program. The studies show new wheat materials with high yield, resistance and quality can be breeded by the distant crossing.
