卵巢上皮性肿瘤中survivin bcl-X基因蛋白的表达及其相关性

摘要 目的 研究卵巢上皮性肿瘤中survivin、bcl X基因蛋白的表达及其相关性。方法  2 0 0 0年 9月至2 0 0 2年 9月应用免疫组织化学技术 ,检测正常卵巢组织及良、恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤中survivin、bcl X基因蛋白表达。结果 survivin及bcl X在恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中的表达阳性率分别为 6 3 3%和 4 6 9% ,显著高于良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织 ( 2 6 9%和 15 4 % )和正常卵巢组织 (阴性 ) (P <0 0 1)。Ⅲ~Ⅳ期恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中的survivin蛋白表达水平高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织 (P <0 0 5 )。survivin阳性表达与bcl X的过表达密切相关。结论 survivin基因的异常表达而引起的凋亡抑制在恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤的发生中起一定作用 ,其过表达或 (和 )bcl X基因蛋白表达阳性 。 Objective To investigate the expression of survivin and bcl X in epithelial ovarian tumor and their relationship.Methods Expression of survivin and bcl X were examined by immunohistochemical technique in the normal ovarian tissue and tissues of benign and malignant epithelial ovarian cancer from September 2000 to September 2002.Results The positive rate of survivin and bcl X protein in the malignant group was 63 3%and 46 9%,respectively,significantly higher than those in the benign and normal ones(P<0 01).The positive rate of survivin protein in stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ epithelial ovarian cancer was significantly higher than that in stage Ⅰ~Ⅱ epithelial ovarian cancer(P<0 05).The positive rates of survivin and bcl X were positively correlated.Conclusion The inhibition of apoptosis induced by abnormal survivin expression plays an important role in the development of human epithelial ovarian cancer.The overexpression of survivin or/and bcl X indicates the poor prognosis of malignant ovarian carcinoma.
