It has been proved by history that venture investment has a great power to hatch or propell high technologies. The advame of ventune investment serves as the solid fundation for the development of high-tech industry. In view of the the cunent internat conditiens for venture investment, this paper analyzes the partiaclar advantages of these Chinese listed companies engaged in this trade as to the practical operating process. Based on the different characteristics and strategies of listed companies, it puts forwand the model fit for China, with the objective of getting over the weak innovative ability through venture investment so that the listed companies are made competent for the WTO's challenge.
