With the developnent of e-commerce, e-commerce logistics managenment of environment has received wide social attention. E-commerce' combined with logistics' will produce enormous econmic energy. For this reason, this paper makes the preliminary research to e-commerce logistics mode, explains the interactive relationship between e-commerce and logistics, together with the mecessary construction of logistics system, and structure B2C logistics procedure under the e-commerce environment.
