中医对纤维肌痛综合征病因病机浅析

Discussion on the Pathogeny and Mechanism of Fibromyalgia Syndrome

分析了纤维肌痛综合症病因病机 ,认为素体虚弱 ,脏腑亏虚 ,正气不足 ,阴阳失调是本病的主要内因 ,其中又以肝脾肾亏虚为主 ,风寒湿热之邪乘虚内侵是外因。病机为禀赋素虚 ,阴阳失调 ,气血不足 ,营卫不和 ,或者肝郁脾虚 ,以致风寒湿热之邪乘虚内侵而致病。

Based on the analysis of etiological factors and pathogenesis, the author considered that the main intrinsic factors were body weakness, weakness of Zang fu and Zheng qi, maladjustment of yin and yang, specially the weakness of liver, spleen and kidney. The external factor was wind-cold-dampness-heat. The pathogenesis was body weakness, maladjustment of yin and yang, deficiency of vital energy and blood, disharmnization of ying and wei, or stagnation of liver-qi and deficiency of Spleen, which conducing to wind-cold-dampness-heat attacking human body with the result of illness.
