摘要
目的 :探讨二甲克痒丸治疗慢性瘙痒性皮肤病的药效机制。方法 :观察二甲克痒丸不同 (高、中、低 )剂量对DNCB所致小鼠Ⅳ型变态反应、大鼠被动皮肤过敏反应 /豚鼠组胺致痒反应的影响 ,并以特非那丁作为阳性对照。结果 :二甲克痒丸高、中剂量时对DNCB所致小鼠Ⅳ型变态反应、大鼠被动皮肤过敏反应有明显抑制作用 ,且能明显提高豚鼠组胺致痒阈。结论 :二甲克痒丸具有良好的抗Ⅰ型、Ⅳ型变态反应和抗组胺作用。
Objective: To discussion on the pharmacological action of Erjiakeyang Pills for the treatment of chronic skin diseases with itch. Methods: Observe the effect of Erjiakeyang Pills in different dosages on the type Ⅳ allergy of rats caused by DNCB, passive cutaneous anaphylaxis of rats and itch caused by histamin on cavies, contrasted with teldane. Results: Erjiakeyang Pills apparently inhibited to the above allergic reaction, and improved the limen of cavies' itch caused by histamin. Conclusion: Erjiakeyang Pills has satisfactory efficacy of anti typeⅠand type Ⅳ allergic reaction and anti histamin.
