双侧腔隙性脑梗死52例临床表现与CT分析

The Clinic Situation and the Analysis of CT of both Compartments Cerebral Infarcti on in the 52 Cases

本文报告52例双侧腔隙性脑梗死,20例呈现双侧卒中表现,32例只有单侧卒中的症状和体征。头部CT扫描所有的病例,发现腔隙灶均位于基底节区,52例共发现梗死灶166个,分析梗死灶与其症状、体征不一致的原因在于梗死灶的部位和大小。

There are 52 cases of both compartments cerebral infarction,the show of both compartments is 20 cases,but there are 32 cases with symptom and single of stroke, the CT show that the all the compartments are located in the basement, there are 166 compartments are found in the 52 cases. Analyse the cause that the CT show both compartments,but the symptoms and the signs are located in the single compartment.
