摘要 目的 :探讨阅片室内环境照度对影像诊断工作站上影像识读的影响。方法 :将 0 5~ 10LP/mm的矩形波测试卡分别贴于志愿者的肺野和纵隔 ,摄胸部正位片共 10张 ,用CR的IP板记录信息 ,处理后传输到CR影像工作站的监视器上 ,设置室内环境照度分别为 5 0lx ,10 0lx ,2 0 0lx ,30 0lx ,5 0 0lx ,请 2位放射诊断医师观察其线对分辨率。结果 :(1)不同照度情况下 ,观察者应用调节窗宽、窗位和 4倍放大后处理识读分辨率 ,无显著差异(P >0 0 5 ) ;(2 )影像后处理 ,尤其是应用窗宽、窗位的调节和 4倍放大功能可明显提高分辨率。结论 :在软拷贝影像识读 ,仍然应尽可能使室内照度最小化 ;观察影像细节 ,应常规应用 2~ 4倍放大功能。 Objective:To study the influence of illumination in reading room on imaging reading with workstation. Methods: Square-shaped testing cards (0.5~10 LP/mm) were put on the lung field and mediastinum of volunteers, and 10 chest films of AP position were taken. Information was recorded and processed with image plate of computer radiography (CR), and then transmitted to monitors of CR workstation. Then, set up ambient light levels at 50 lx, 100 lx, 200 lx, 300 lx and 500 lx respectively. The Lp of testing-card was observed by two radiologists by means of postprocess of adjustment of window width and window level plus 4 times magnification. Results: (1) At different ambient light levels, the reading results of observers showed no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). (2) Postprocess, especially the adjustment of window width and window level plus 4 times magnification, can markedly improve spatial resolution. Conclusion: For imaging reading of soft copy, room illumination still should be as reduced as possible. When viewing imaging details, two to four times magnification should better be used routinely.
