雌激素β受体在不育妇女子宫内膜中的表达及意义

摘要 目的 通过研究雌激素 β受体 (ERβ)在不育妇女和相同年龄段正常育龄妇女增生期子宫内膜中的表达 ,探讨ERβ在不育子宫内膜中的分布特点及其与不育的可能关系。 方法 对 40例符合筛选条件的不育妇女在宫腔镜直视下用活检钳钳取增生期子宫内膜 ,采用免疫组织化学方法检测ERβ、ERα在上述组织中的表达及分布特点 ,并与 3 0例相同年龄段正常育龄妇女增生期子宫内膜对照。结果 ERβ在不育妇女增生期子宫内膜腺体中明显表达 ,在正常育龄妇女增生期子宫内膜中表达下降或不表达 ,两者比较差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 ERβ在不育妇女增生期子宫内膜中广泛表达 。 Objective To investigate the expression of estrogen receptor β(ERβ) in endometrium of infertile female patients and its significance.Methods Forty tissue samples of proliferative endometrium in infertile female patients were obtained through the hysteroscopy as infertile group and 30 tissue samples of the same cycling endometrium in normal female were obtained as control group,then the expression of ERβ and ERα was detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results The expression of ERβ in infertile group was higher than that of control group and there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions ERβ is highly expressed in the proliferative endometrium of infertile female and there might be some correlation between the overexpression of ERβ and infertility.
