摘要
为了进一步改善固定床电化学反应器的离子导电性能,提出了内扩散镀银法,并对其机理进行了分析,以001*7离子交换树脂粒为载体,制备了具有离子导电和电子导电的离子交换树脂复合银电极材料,并利用扫描电镜和称重法分析比较镀层的结构,测量镀层厚度.结果表明,选择适当的工艺条件,可在离子交换树脂上镀银,并能获得致密镀层和较小的银的担载量.
In order to improve ion electric performance of fixed bed electrochemistry reactor, a method about inner - diffusion deposition Ag was given and the mechanism of inside-diffusion deposition Ag, Deposition Ag in 001*7 ion exchange resin was analyzed. Making out ion exchange resin polymer electrode material, it has electric conduction function of electron an ion. Using HITACHI S - 570 analysis deposition layer makeup and using weight method the thickness of deposition layer was measured.
