目前,我国已正式成为WTO的成员国。依据WTO/TBT协议规定,为适应公路发展的需要,加快公路行业实验室标准化建设已成为大势所趋。

Today ,we are the formal member in WTO.According to the regulations of WTO/TBT ,we should speed up our standard construction for the highway test room in needs of the development of our highway.
