针对三相三线电能表错接线不易判断、判断方法繁琐及不能完全判断的现状 ,采用电能计量芯片SA990 4A及PIC系列单片机 。

Aiming at the difficulty of judging error wiring of three phase and three wire active electric energy meter,an energy/power metering IC SA9904A and micro controller is used,and a kind of simple,well and truly judge ways is given
