二尖瓣精确量化成形专用测瓣器的制作及其特点

摘要 目的 介绍精确量化成形测瓣器的制作及其特点。方法 解剖新鲜尸体心脏 5 0个 ,了解国人二尖瓣的解剖和形态特点 :根据解剖特点制作出测瓣器。结果 测瓣器材料为有机玻璃 ,形态类似梯形椭圆柱体 ,高为 5cm ,上面标有连续性的刻度。结论 该测瓣器具有维持有效瓣口面积 。 Purpose to describe the development and feature of an obturator for precise quantification of mitral annuloplasty.Method 50 normal hearts were anatomized to know the normal shape and the anatomical characteristics of anterior mitral annulus and posterior mitral annulus of the mitral valve of Chinese to facilitate the development of the obturator.Results the obturator is made of organic glass,like a trapezoidal ellipsoidal cylinder, 5cm high,continuously scaled.Conclusion The obturator has a feature of preserving effective opening of mitral valve,and preventing excessive annuloplasty.
