摘要
目的 探讨老年糖尿病患者的胃电图(Electrogastrogram EGG)特点及临床意义。方法 对20例老年糖尿病患者及20例健康老年人的胃电图资料进行了分析。结果 两组胃电图的频率和振幅的均数相比无明显差异,但糖尿病组胃电图频率的紊乱率明显高于对照组(P<0.025),相关分析表明,糖尿病组的胃电频率紊乱与血糖控制情况密切相关。结论老年糖尿病患者的胃肌电活动频率有改变,此改变与血糖水平相关,对老年糖尿病患者进行EGG检测有一定临床应用价值。
Objective To study the characteristics and clinical significance of the Electrogastrogram of senile diabetes. Methods The Electrogastrogram of 20 cases of senile diabetes and that of 20 healthy senile people were analyzed. Results The ECG frequency and the mean of amplitude of vibration in both groups showed no significant differences; the rate derangement of EGG frequency in the diabetes group is obviously higher than that of the control group (P< 0.025) . Related analysis showed that the derane-ment of EGG frequency in diabetes group has a close relationship with the control of blood sugar. Conclusions Frequency changes could be found in EGG of senile diabetes cases,which is related to blood sugar level.It is clinically applicable to give EGG to senile diabetes patients.
