摘要
采用微波消解 -氢化物 -原子荧光光谱法对大米中痕量硒进行了消解、测定。建立了大米微波酸消解的最佳分析条件 ,确定了原子荧光光谱仪的参数设置和最佳氢化反应条件。检测限 0 .0 0 8ng/mL ,测定标准物质大米粉 (GBW 0 85 0 2 )中硒的含量 ,其结果与证书值相吻合 ,精密度 2 .1% ,回收率 93.8%~ 10 4 .1%。
Trace selenium in rice was determined by microwave digestion hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The microwave digestion for samples was used,and the optimum conditions for the digestion were developed.The relative factors of hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry for determination were tested and discussed.The temperature and the humidity were discussed too.The detection limit was 0.008ng/mL.Selenium in a reference material (rice flour,GBW 08520)was determined by the described method.The result obtained was in good agreement with the standard value.The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.1%,and the recovery of selenium was 93.8~104.1%.
