摘要
用低温等离子体处理对含二口恶英的粉尘进行放电处理,并对处理后的粉尘成份进行了分析和讨论.结果显示,脉冲放电对粉尘中二口恶英同分异构体的处理效果不同.二口恶英同分异构体分解和转化的效率从高到低顺序为:T4CDDs,P5CDDs,H6CDDs,H7CDDsandO8CDD;呋喃同分异构体分解和转化的效率从高到低顺序为:T4CDFs,P5CDFs,H6CDFs,H7CDFsandO8CDF.在所有的同分异构体中,2,3,7,8-T4CDD被分解和转化的效率最高.并随着粉尘中二恶英含量的增加,分解和转化的效率也增加,最后,通过对放电后密闭容器中环境空气的成份分析,进一步证明脉冲放电对粉尘中二口恶英化合物的分解和转化作用.
In this paper, non-thermal nanosecond plasma has been applied to detoxicate dioxin-contained fly ash, and products after discharge are discussed and analyzed in detail. It is found that different isomer compound shows different toixic removal effect. For the dioxin congeners the efficiency from high to low can be arranged as an order of T_4CDDs, P_5CDDs,H_6CDDs,H_7CDDs and O_8CDD and for the compound shows the highest destruction efficiency. It is also found that with the increase of the concentration of the toxic compounds the destruction efficiency increases. At last, based on the content analysis of the ambient air after discharge in an airprrof container, the desturction effect on dioxin compounds in the fly ash has been further confirmed.
