摘要
为解析放电等离子体现象,以低温等离子放电管作为研究对象,在常压下用组合式多功能光栅光谱仪对放电光进行测量,经计算机处理,可得到放电光的近紫外光谱,通过检测放电光谱,可察知各种粒子乃至电子的能量,从而可对放电管作出评价.
To analyze discharged-plasma phenomenon, a low-temperature plasma discharge reactor is chosen as the subject of the study. The spectra of discharges in air at atmospheric pressure have been measured in the near-ultraviolet region. Through an investigation on the spectra,it can detect energy of various particles or electrons, and so can make a correct assessment of a low-temperature plasma discharge reactor.
