摘要
应用铌酸锂(LiNbO3)晶体的普克尔(Pockels)效应可以测量电压.本文阐述了测量电压的原理,探讨了介质的厚度与测量电压线性范围的关系,分析了影响测量结果的一些主要因素,提出了改进电压传感器性能的方法.
In this paper the fundamental and the system of voltage measurement utilizing the Pockels effect of LiNbO3 crystals is presented in details. The relation between thickness of medium put on the LiNbO_3 crystals and the range of measuring voltage are discussed. The effect of the main factors on the results is analyzed. And some methods to improve the performance of the optical voltage sensors are suggested.
