高校的学生社团是经过学校团组织批准的由学生在自愿的基础上成立的团体 ,学生社团能够提高大学生的素质 ,集思想性、文化性、娱乐性、学术性于一体的群众性组织 ,切实加强学生社团的建设与管理是当今各类高校特别是校团委工作中的重中之重 ,校团委应该在党委的指导下 ,深入学习贯彻党的“十六大”精神 ,全面领会“三个代表”的重要思想 ,对学生社团组织建设要积极鼓励、正确引导 ;强化实践、鼓励创新 ;突出重点、分类指导 ;健全和完善管理体制等。切实发挥学生社团在校园文化中的积极作用。

The student's association of the higher school is in voluntary to establish ,which is approved by the League Organization of the school. The student's association can improve the quality of the students. It has the character of ideology, culture, amusement and academy. The construction and management of the student's association are the most important work for the league committee. The league Committee , under Party Committee, should study and carry out the spirit of the sixteenth National Congress of CPC, and understand the important ideas of “three representatives' fully. The school should encourage the student's association positively, lead it rightly, enhance to practise, encourage to be innovative, stick out the emphasis, direct it by classification, and make a perfect management system. It is true to develop the positive effect in the campus culture for the student's association.
