Ⅱ区屈肌腱修复后限制性早期活动对功能恢复的影响(附32例报告)

The influence of the restrictive early mobilization of the flexor tendon on the recovery of function in zone Ⅱ

目的 :探讨屈肌腱修复后早期活动对肌腱功能的影响。方法 :采用改良Kessler缝合法吻合肌腱 ,并于术后第一天起采用弹性支架牵引 ,进行功能活动练习。结果 :3 2例 47指术后经 6个月随访 ,TAM优良率为 80 .8%。结论 :Ⅱ区屈腱修复后限制性早期活动 ,对促进肌腱愈合 ,减少肌腱粘连具有积极意义。

Objective: To observe the influence of the early mobilization of the flexor tendon on the recovery of function in zone Ⅱ.Methods:The improved Kessler Anastomosis of the tendon was used and the elastic cradles were used to proceed the functional exercise first day after the operation.Results:The 6-month's follow-up after the operation showed that the overall excellent and good rate of TAM is 80.8% in 47 fingers of 32 cases.Conclusion:the restrictive early mobilization of the flexor tendon in zone Ⅱ possesses the positive significance on the improvement of the tendon coalescence and the reduction of postoperative adhesion.
