摘要
针对某精馏装置存在的测量和控制方面的问题,提出了基于软测量的推断控制方案。分别用逐步回归和BP神经网络方法建立了对象的软测量模型,分析了建模效果。最后介绍了如何在DCS上组态实现该控制方案。
In order to solve the existing problems of measurement and controlling on a butadiene rectifying device, the inference control strategy based on soft measurement is proposed. By using the method of MSR and BP neural network respective, the soft-sensing Models are built and the effect is analyzed. Finally the paper introduces how to realize the control strategy on DCS by configuration.
