The Control on Process of Dyeing Cotton with Megafix Red BES

本文研究了中性盐、温度和pH值对活性红BES上染棉织物的影响以及对染色进行过程控制时的上染/固着率、牢度等与常规染色工艺的差别,为活性染料染色的自动化做了一些探索工作。

In the paper the effect of salt and temperature especially pH on dyeing of cotton fabric with Megafix Red BES was studied and the difference of exhaustion/ fixation and fastness between the techniques of control on process and general dyeing was tested in order to do some explore work for automatization of dyeing with reactive dyes.
