Building a Convenient, Secure and Credible Flat of the New Electron Government Affair System

现代新型电子政务管理系统包括“行政决策系统”、“行政执行系统”和“行政监督系统”。本文通过研究构建了电子政务系统的功能模型,并在此基础上对电子政务系统的权限管理、数字签名,进行了较为深入的研究,为构建方便、安全、可靠的新电子政务系统平台奠定了理论基础。

Modernistic electron government affair management system includes: administration decision - making system, administration execution system, and administration monitor system. This paper has built the function model of electron government affair system through studying, and has done much deeper research on purview management and digital signature on the basis of this model. All of these have made the theoretic foundation for building a convenient, secure and credible flat of the new electron government affair system.
