摘要
介绍了346m长的黄河大桥控制爆破拆除的主要设计原则和爆破参数的确定方法。根据拱形桥梁的结构特点,采取了桥墩、拱脚强化装药,拱顶、腹拱墩松动爆破的爆破方案。通过对桥梁稳定性分析,只对桥梁的主要承重部位布置了炮孔,充分利用了桥梁失稳后在其自重作用下的解体破碎效应,不仅减少了钻孔数量,而且也降低了炸药单耗,取得了良好的爆破效果和经济效益。所提出的关于拱形桥梁拆除的一些观点及设计参数对于同类工程具有一定的参考价值。
The mainly design principles and determined means of blasting parameters in demolition of 346 meter long great bridge across the yellow river are introduced. According to the characteristics of the arch bridge′s structure, a blasting program of charging more explosives in the borehole of mounds and arch feet than normal blasting and released blasting for the arch top and belly arch mound is used. On the basis of analyzing the bridge′s stability, the boreholes which are only arranged in the mainly load-bearing parts of bridge and the disintegrated and smashed effects, which are introduced by the dead weight of bridge when the bridge has lost stability, are fully utilized, so that the borehole numbers have been cut down and amounts of consumed explosives have been reduced, a good results of blasting and economics have been achieved. Some points and design parameters of the arch bridge can be referrced by same kind projects.
