激光多普勒血流图像仪检测老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的临床疗效 被引量:6

摘要 目的 探讨激光多普勒血流图像仪检测老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者疗效的临床应用价值。方法  4 8例老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者于治疗前及前列腺素脂微球载体制剂治疗后 ,应用激光多普勒血流图像仪检测患肢足背皮肤微循环血流灌注量。结果 治疗后患者临床症状显著改善 ,有效率达 85 % ,与之对应 ,足背激光多普勒血流灌注量值较治疗前也有明显增加 (P <0 .0 1)。同时激光多普勒血流灌注量与踝肱指数存在直线正相关 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 激光多普勒血流图像仪测定局部组织微循环血流灌注量对于老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者的疗效判断具有较高的实用价值。 Objective To investigate the value of laser Doppler perfusion imaging (LDPI) in evaluating clinical effectiveness of Lipo-PGE1 treatment in aged patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(LEAO).Methods Forty-eight male aged LEAO patients were selected from inpatient of the PLA General Hospital and treated with Lipo-PGE1. Before and after the treatment,the alterations of clinical symptoms,ankle/arm index (AAI),laser Doppler perfusion imaging of dorsum pedis were observed and compared.Result After treatment,clinical symptoms of the patients were improved greatly (effective rate=85%).At the same time,laser Doppler perfusion imaging of dorsum pedis was significantly improved(P<0.01). Furthermore,LDPI was positively correlative with AAI.Conclusion The microcirculatory examination of laser Doppler perfusion imaging has good practical value in assessing therapeutic effectiveness in the aged patients with LEAO.
