该塔院设计主要是基于古塔的历史价值进行的环境改造,并满足一定的参观、休闲、娱乐的需要。因此设计将开放、充满活力的现代城市空间与宁静、封闭的古老塔院空间融合在一起,将传统与现代碰撞在一起,创造出新的更具生命力的空间环境。
