摘要
差压式变送器是电厂常用的一种十分重要的测量元件。当差压式水位变送器测量除氧器水位时 ,不论该变送器的正、负侧如何与除氧器测量管的正、负侧连接 ,必须根据连接情况对变送器零点进行设置。测量时 ,要注意变送器的取样点 ,选取取样点时 ,应注意取样点处的水位不会受其他设备的影响。变送器在测量前 ,应校核它是否发生了“零位漂移”。另外 ,还要注意在负压环境下变送器的测量情况 ,这时应检查是否有外界气体泄漏进入测量管路 ,从而影响变送器的正确测量。
The differential pressure water level transducer is an important measuring element commonly used in power plant. While it measures the water level in the deaerators, its zero point must be set according to the connection no matter how its positive and negative sides are connected with the measuring tube of the deaerators. During measurement care must be paid on the sample points. The water level at the sample point must not be influenced by other factors. Before measurement the transducer must be checked for its 'zero position shift'. Care must be paid on the measurement in condition of negative pressure.
