摘要
为诊断湿法石灰石 -石膏法脱硫装置的故障 ,开发了脱硫装置故障诊断专家系统软件。该软件分为工艺流程、参数说明和故障诊断 3个部分 ,该专家系统软件采用VisualBasic 6 .0语言开发 ,结合Access以及结构化查询语言 (SQL) ,可实现对该脱硫装置故障的诊断和处理、知识库的管理与维护、参数的说明等功能 ,为该装置的运行与维护提供保证。
The fault diagnostic expert system software for FGD device has been developed for diagnose the failures of the wet limestone-gypsum FGD device. The software consists of 3 parts, process flow, parameter description and failure diagnosis. The software has been developed with Visual Basic 6.0 in combination with Access and SQL to realize functions of failure diagnosis and processing, management and maintenance of knowledge base, illustration of parameters, etc.. The software has offered the guarantee for operation and maintenance of device.
