天生桥一级水电站1号发电机事故分析

Analysis of Unit 1 generator failure in Tianshengqiao-ⅠHydropower Station

分析了天生桥一级水电站1号发电机定子线棒绝缘击穿事故及其原因,提出了加强施工现场管理;改进发电机定子绕组分支间的连接结构;在发电机加装在线监测装置等几项预防措施。这些措施对加强设备管理有现实意义,可供同行借鉴。

This paper analyzes the reason of an insulation breakdown emergence on the stator bar of Unit 1 generator in Tianshengqiao-ⅠHydropower Station. Several precautions significant to improving the equipment management are proposed,which include strengthening the management of construction in site,improving the inter-structure among stator coils of the generator,and installing additional on-line monitors for the generator.
